Victim of fatal 2-car collision identified as Battle Ground man, 24 – Car Accident
A person killed in a two-car collision in Battle Ground last week has been identified as a 24-year-old man, the medical examiner said Wednesday.
Justin Bullock, 24, of Battle Ground was in the passenger seat of the vehicle in a collision at Southwest Eaton Boulevard and 20th Avenue around 11 p.m. on June 9, police said in a release.
Officers said Bullock was dead when they arrived. Four others from both vehicles were hospitalized with injuries that weren’t life threatening, they said.
The Clark County medical examiner said in a news release that Bullock’s cause of death was multiple blunt force injuries.
Robert T. McIntyre, 49, was arrested in connection with the collision on allegations of vehicular homicide and vehicular assault, Clark County jail records show.
Photos of the crash show a gray truck flipped over and another severely torn car.
Police said in a release late Wednesday that a Dodge Ram, driven by McIntyre, was traveling westbound on Eaton Boulevard when it did not stop at a four-way stop sign at 20th Avenue and collided with a Chevrolet Volt.
The Chevrolet, with Bullock in the front passenger seat, was traveling eastbound on Eaton and was making a left turn on 20th when the Ram collided with it on the passenger side, officers said.
