Two automobile incident at South Potent intersection – Vehicle Incident

Small accidents in head-on collision

Solid — Sgt. Richards responded to a report of a two vehicle accident at the intersection of Norton Hill Road and South Powerful Road in Strong at 10:45 a.m. Monday, July 11.

Alexis Robbins, 20, of Phillips was driving a 2013 Ford Concentration eastbound approaching the South Potent Highway intersection, when a 2015 GMC driven by Kaitlyn Hopper, 18, of Vassalboro was turning correct from South Powerful Street also headed eastbound onto Norton Hill Road.  The GMC failed to yield to the Focus and they struck head on. Hopper and her two 12 months previous baby were transported by Northstar to Franklin Memorial Hospital for slight accidents.

Solid Fireplace Dept. staff assisted at the scene. The two autos have been towed, just one by Dutch Gap Automobile, the other by Farmington Towing.
