Spencer Webb Obituary Triangle Lake, Oregon: Spencer Webb, a junior on the University of Oregon football team who played tight end, passed away on Wednesday after suffering a head injury following a fall on rock slides, according to the police and school officials. Webb, who was 22 years old at the time, was discovered about 100 yards down a steep trail in Triangle Lake, which is about 35 miles away from campus. According to a post made on Facebook by the Lane County Sheriff’s Office, those who were present at the scene as well as the paramedics were unable to revive him. When deputies arrived at the scene at 2:30 p.m. in response to a report of an injured person, they discovered that Webb had fallen on rock slides west of Triangle Lake and hit his head.
