1. Sheldon Hickman Death, Of Harriman – Obituary

According to the Tennessee Highway Patrol, a collision that occurred Wednesday night in Roane County resulted in the death of a cyclist from Oliver Springs. According to a report that was received by WVLT News, a vehicle driven by Sheldon Hickman, 33, of Harriman, collided with a cyclist on September 21 at approximately 9:50 p.m. while Hickman was driving north on Harriman Highway. The cyclist, who was later determined to be Amy Hicks, 47, from Oliver Springs, came to a stop in the street in an uncontrolled manner. After the collision, it was determined that Hicks had passed away. The Texas Highway Patrol claims that Hickman first fled the area but returned at a later time. There may be charges brought against the motorist.  Source

After a valiant struggle against cancer, Patrick M. Sheldon, age 70, from East Longmeadow, Massachusetts, passed away on January 22, 2022. Pat Sheldon was the son of the late Frank M. and Eunice (Williams) Sheldon and was born in Springfield on June 22, 1951. His parents both passed away. Pat is survived by his devoted wife of 38 years, Karen E. (Christensen) Sheldon, his four devoted children and their spouses, Amy MacRae and her husband Kevin, Christopher Lovell and his spouse Michelle, Ashley Fiddler and her husband Michael, and Amber Kaselouskas and her husband Michael, as well as his five adored grandchildren, Avery, Alexa, Kailee, Brynn, and Nolan;

his sister Pamela Liddy and her He was a member of the graduating class of 1969 at Classical High School. Before taking early retirement in 2017, he worked at Southworth Company for many years as the manager of the envelope division. Pat’s favorite spot to visit was Old Orchard Beach in Maine, where he was known for being an avid sand dollar collector but a terrible mini golfer. There, he also enjoyed spending time with his family. He bowled with his father in the Shaker Commercial League and was a member of the “Bowling Burnouts,” who won the championship for bowling in the state of Massachusetts.
