Salem resident killed in one-car or truck crash on Highway 226 – Auto Accident
A Salem resident was killed and a Keizer resident arrested subsequent a one-auto crash Saturday on Freeway 226.
Oregon Condition troopers and unexpected emergency staff responded to the one-auto automobile crash at 6:22 p.m.
The vehicle had been touring southbound when it drove off onto the correct shoulder, according to Oregon Condition Law enforcement. In an energy to suitable the automobile, the driver went into the northbound shoulder leading to the vehicle to roll at least twice.
The passenger, Mikhail Ermolenko, 30, of Salem, was ejected and died at the scene. The driver, Oksana Titarenko, 24, survived and was taken to a nearby hospital.
Titarenko was found to be less than the affect of liquor, in accordance to OSP. She was arrested and taken to Linn County Jail.
