A 46-calendar year-outdated Washington Township male was charged with eight felony counts including murder in the shooting death of his spouse in Ray Township July 12.

Matthew Louis Mollicone was arraigned Friday afternoon in 42-1 District Courtroom where by Choose Jennifer Andary requested him held with no bond. Mollicone pled not guilty to murdering his spouse, Kimberly Ann Mollicone, 49.

Mollicone is billed with eight felony counts like murder, which carries a punishment of lifetime imprisonment 4 counts of felony firearm one count of assault with intent to murder just one count of carrying a weapon with illegal and danegerous intent and just one count of assault with a dangerous weapon.

Macomb County Sheriff’s deputies responded to reports of photographs fired at a home in the 62000 block of North Avenue Tuesday at close to 9:30 p.m. Tuesday.

Audio from the 911 calls to the Macomb County Sheriff’s dispatch had been launched Friday. The initially phone came from a female who indicated she was inside of the dwelling on North Avenue and that her brother had been shot.
