Micheal Angelo Torres passed away on September 2nd, 2022 at the age of 46. He was a caring giving son,brother, father,husband, nephew, cousin and friend. He is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Jesse B. Torres ,Esther E. C. Torres wife Carla Cardenas sister Ruby K. Palmer nephew Gerald D. Palmer. Micheal was born and raised in Corpus Christi, Texas on April 5th 2022. He graduated from Roy Miller H. S. in 1997. He was a master masonry, but most of all he enjoyed the company of all family and friend .
Michael was always helping others in their time of need , which included his famous barbecue benefits. He is survived by his mother Katherine T. Reyes ( Rosendo R. Reyes ) Father Robert L. Lucio, daughters Michaela Torres, and Deandra Cardenas, brothers Gerald A. Palmer ( Cynthia) David R. Palmer ( Anna) close nephews Jordan D. Palmer, David R. Rod D’Angelo Torres was only 29 years old when he passed away on December 22, 2021, and entered into eternal rest. On March 16, 1992, he was brought into the world by his parents, Roland Torres and Rebecca Sanchez, in Lubbock, Texas. In this moment, he is reunited with his paternal grandmother, Paula Torres; his maternal grandfather, Leo Sanchez; his paternal grandmother, Julia B. Sanchez; his maternal brother, Zekio Torres; and his maternal niece, Kaiden Torres. Rod was a joyful and upbeat person who could make anyone’s day better. Even when he was having a difficult time of it, he was the life of the party, always being generous to others and boosting the spirits of those around him.

He was a witty and outgoing individual who was always concerned with making sure other people would “have a good day.” Rod served with honor in the United States Marine Corps as a second lieutenant. Despite the fact that the odds were stacked against him, he managed to earn his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, as well as make it onto the drill team in Vermont and perform for the Queen of England. In his spare time, he enjoyed working with leather and collecting firearms. He was happiest when he was riding his motorcycle, enjoying a delicious cup of coffee from Starbucks, or sharing a hearty laugh with his loved ones.
