1. Jermaine Brown Death, Of Lawrenceville – Obituary

The man who was killed early on Monday morning at a shop that is located along Stone Mountain Highway has been recognized by the police. Around 10:30 in the morning, the body of Jermaine Brown, 36, a resident of Lawrenceville, was discovered dead behind the store at 4534 Stone Mountain Highway from what appeared to be a gunshot wound. The Brown does not seem to be a customer that any of the shop owners or staff are familiar with, according to the police, who note that there are multiple vehicle firms leasing space in the complex. The police have stated that they are not seeking for a culprit, but rather trying to determine why the crime was committed. The investigators have stated that they have not ruled out the possibility of self-defense. Source

Jermaine Alan Smith, age 41, a resident of Hendersonville, North Carolina, passed away unexpectedly at the medical facility. Jermaine was raised in the city of Hendersonville after being born in Buncombe County. Malik Deshun Smith, his son from a previous marriage, passed away in 2010, his grandparents James and Margree Smith, and his uncle Stanley Smith all passed away before him. Jermaine was a father first and a server second for most of his adult life. He was devoted to his wife and children and took pleasure in spending time with his daughters. His loving parents James and Edith Smith of Hendersonville; his loving wife Kimberly Smith and their two daughters Isabella Lynn Smith and Serenity Grace Baldwin; his loving brother Jeffrey Smith of Hendersonville;

In-laws, Jessey and Lynn Baldwin; Grandmother Pauline Bell; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends that turned into family. He is survived by all of these people. His parents James and Edith Smith of Hendersonville; his loving wife Kimberly Smith and Everyone whose life Jermaine had touched felt a deep and abiding love for him. He didn’t run into many unfamiliar faces. On the Saturday, January 15, 2022, there will be a memorial ceremony held at the East Flat Rock First Baptist Church beginning at one o’clock in the afternoon.
