In Levin, where his body was discovered following a house fire, the deceased man was well-known in the community as a punk rock musician. A former member of the band described James Ingle as “the loveliest bloke” and said that he was a man who could play any instrument he tried his hand at. James Ingle was known as a man who could play any instrument he picked up. Yesterday, Ingle’s body was discovered inside his home in Levin. The local police department first said that he had perished in a fire at his residence. On the other hand, the Levin District Court received a complaint against a man today, charging him with both murder and arson.

The defendant, whose name is being withheld pending an interim name suppression order, was seen standing in the dock while wearing a singlet that was issued by the police and being guarded by three cops. There were eight members of Ingle’s family present to watch him make his entrance in the public gallery. Grant Baker, the singer for the band Filthy Business, stated that they had recently gotten back together and that he had just spoken to James Ingle, the bass player, the week before. “He was the nicest bloke you could ever hope to meet; he was always wanting to help, and he was always prepared to share. “He had a great sense of humility and was eager to offer a praise,” he remarked.  Source


2. James Ingle, Jr. Obituary, of Hendersonville – Death

The junior James Ingle, James Henry Ingle, JR (Jimbo), 74 years old, passed away on September 30th, 2021 in the city of Hendersonville. His parents, Mr. and Mrs. James H. Ingle, Sr., who lived in Fletch, North Carolina, as well as his sister, Linda Johnson (Charles), who lived in Tyler, Texas, passed away before he did.  On Thursday, Jim awoke at the feet of Jesus. He is survived by his beloved wife Debbie, their three cherished daughters Chelley, Melissa (Wayne), and Melanie, who will miss him every day, and a nephew named Brian. Jim devoted a great deal of his time and energy to his granddaughter Megan (Nick), as well as to his grandsons Taylor and Liam.

He was overjoyed with the accomplishments of his grandchildren and was looking forward to sharing stories and experiences with his great-grandson Emmitt and his new baby granddaughter Thelen, who was on the way. Jimbo had a degree from TC Roberson as well as from Western Carolina University. He spent his career as an educator in Henderson County, where his pupils showered him with affection and continue to speak well of him to this day. After leaving the classroom, Jim became the owner and operator of Sounds Heavenly, Inc., as well as a part owner of Tempo Music for a number of years.
