She was the daughter of Dr. Glenwood Williams and Mildred (Holden) Williams, and she was born on September 13, 1944, in Fostoria, Ohio. She eventually wed Ronald C. Boley, who is still living in Minster today. Also still living are the deceased’s niece, Glenda Kenner Tony Aspery, and nephew, Thomas Altman (who was married to the deceased Leah). In addition, she was preceded in death by both of her parents as well as by a sister named Bonnie Lee Kenner. Following graduation from Fostoria High School, Gena continued her education at Ohio University, where she earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees as well as completed post-work.
