Fremont gentleman dies just after traffic incident | Local Information – Vehicle Accident

A 94-12 months-old Fremont person died following a Friday morning website traffic accident at 23rd Road and Luther Road.

Sgt. Dominic Savio of the Fremont Law enforcement Division mentioned the accident occurred at 10:09 a.m.

Charles Wild was eastbound on 23rd Avenue, creating a remaining-hand switch to go north onto Luther Highway, when a westbound vehicle pushed by Derek Brown, 53, of St. Paul, Minnesota, collided with Wild’s car or truck in the intersection.

Immediately after the original collision, the automobile pushed by Brown continued on and stuck a motor vehicle driven by Jodi Yount, 63, of Fremont, which was stopped on the north aspect of the intersection of 23rd and Luther.

Savio mentioned Yount was stopped at a pink gentle, setting up to make a westbound turn on to 23rd Road.

There were no travellers in any of the motor vehicles.

Wild was ejected from his auto. He was transported to Methodist Fremont Wellness, exactly where he was pronounced deceased, Savio explained.

It is considered Wild was not putting on a seatbelt. The other two motorists ended up sporting seatbelts.

Brown was transported by ambulance to the Fremont medical center and Yount was taken by a family members member. Both of those had insignificant accidents, Savio said.

No tickets were being issued. The incident stays below investigation.
