First Strike Krav Maga teaches active shooter preparedness
COLORADO SPRINGS — Most of us prefer not to think about what we would do in an active shooter situation, or if we were attacked, but experts say it’s important to have a plan.
Ben Skee, owner and head instructor of First Strike Krav Maga stopped by FOX21 News on Thursday morning to explain how being prepared can drastically change your chances of survival in a crisis.
For anyone interested in learning more, First Strike will be holding an Active Shooter Defense Seminar on July 9 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., which will teach participants when to run, how to hide, and how to fight back. Tickets are $40 and can be purchased online here.
