2. Douglas Xavier Castillo Death, born in Los Angeles, California – Obituary

Judith “Judy” Carol Banks and Oscar Rodolfo Castillo welcomed their son Douglas Xavier Castillo into the world on December 26, 1969, in the city of Los Angeles, California. On September 19, 2019, he passed away at the age of 49, having left this world far too soon. Judy took care of Doug and his younger sister Carmen when they were growing up in Connecticut. After earning a bachelor’s degree in education from Eastern Connecticut State University in 1995 and moving to Las Vegas, Nevada, where he worked hard to establish himself in the construction industry, he decided to go out west. Doug began his career in the housing industry working as a prep person for KB Home.

Most recently, he held the position of Vice President of Operations for Beazer Homes. He enjoyed a high level of renown within the trade, and there is a good probability that you will enter a home in the Las Vegas Valley that he was instrumental in constructing at some point in your life. Doug is going to be recognized for his outgoing personality in addition to his successful profession. Doug could always be counted on to keep us all entertained and in good spirits, whether it was through his rendition of the Rock Lobster dance at the Coast Guard House in Rhode Island or through his wacky phone conversations with friends.   Read more
