Beloved husband of Teri-Ellen Rogers, nee Naccarato; loving father of Jeremy (Lauren nee Englehorn) Rogers; cherished grandfather of Abigail and Zachary Rogers; dear brother of Thomas (Cynthia nee Ceralde) Rogers; his loving parents David Thomas and Elaine Marie Rogers Bailey, nee Davis, passed away before him; Jeremy and Teri-Ellen were married for David retired from his position as Director for Central District Licensing at the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, where he had worked for many years. Throughout his professional life, he was honored with the illustrious Samuel T. Howard Award. The award recognizes outstanding performance in the area of licensing and is named in honor of Samuel T. Howard, who served as the first Deputy Comptroller of the Currency under the First Comptroller of the Currency during the Lincoln Administration. Samuel T. David Jae Rogers Obituary, Clinton, Utah: On Friday, July 15, 2022, at 2:53 p.m., David Jae Rogers, age 89, of Clinton, Utah, exited this life without suffering and in the comfort of his own home. On October 1st, 1932, Dad, whose parents were Milan Rufus and Romola Rees Rogers, was born in Upalco, which is located in the county of Duchesne, Utah. He graduated from Altamont High School, which is also where he first met the woman who would become the love of his life, Lois Bleazard. He grew up in Upalco. Their wedding took place in the Salt Lake Temple on June 8th, 1951. They were parents to eight children by the time the father was 31 and the mother was 29. They celebrated 66 years of marriage together. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, great-great-grandfather, friend, and neighbor who was held in the highest regard by all who knew and loved him. Full Obituary

Rogers; and Christine M. Florijan, who is married to William Puschaver; and the proud grandfather of 11 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Marie Raykovics, Dave’s devoted companion, is also among those who will miss him after his passing. Dave’s four sisters predeceased him.
