On June 8, 1976, in the city of Salt Lake City, Utah, Dave Hibbert was born to JoAnn and Sherman Hibbert. He was the eighth and final child in a family of eight and grew up in Bountiful, Utah. He loved scouting, became an Eagle Scout, and mowed the lawns of his mother’s apartment complex when he was a young boy. He swam for the Bountiful swim team.
