The church will hold a Mass of Christian Burial at eleven in the morning, and the burial will take place thereafter in Saint Joseph Cemetery.
She is survived by her children, Connie (Lawrence, Jr.) Becnel, David (Cheryl) Benoit, Chris (Michelle) Benoit, Todd (Christy) Benoit, and Dana (Robert) Duet; her grandchildren, Kelly Lambert, Jay Becnel, Jamie Gauthier, Rae Olivier, Krissy Ruttley, Taylor Benoit, Amanda Rivere, Devin Benoit, and Brett Duet. David A. Benoit Kansas City: David A. Benoit, age 76, passed away on January 26th, 2019 at Mercy Hospital in Kansas City. On January 18, 1946, he was born in Fall River, Massachusetts to Gustave and Vivian Benoit, who has since passed away. Dave was a proud veteran of the Vietnam War who served in the United States Navy after graduating from Agawam High School. He held the position of custodian for the Town of Agawam for a significant portion of his working life. Dave enjoyed fishing, traveling, gardening, and jigsaw puzzles. At the St. Thomas Church in West Springfield, where he was a member, he was a Eucharistic Minister. Patricia (Morrisseau) Benoit, Dave’s devoted wife of 51 years, will survive him, as will his brother Paul Benoit of Ware, Massachusetts, and his sisters Jackie (Lee) Verrill of East Granby, Connecticut, Vivian (Jerry) Coutinho of Westport, Massachusetts, and Janice Walters of Mace, Florida, as well as a number of nieces and nephews. Gregory Benoit, Dave’s son, and Leo Benoit, Dave’s brother, both passed away before Dave did. Full Obituary
