2. Carly-Ann Thompson Obituary, of Deep River – Death
On Friday, June 10th, 2022, we paid our final respects to a magnificent spirit. Carly-Ann Thompson, now 22 years old and residing in Deep River, Connecticut, was welcomed into the world by her doting parents, Danielle and Bill Thompson, on February 3, 2000. Ethan Thompson, her brother, is one of the people she leaves behind, in addition to her parents. In addition, she left her grandfather Paul Robertson, grandmother Beverly Chapman, and grandparents Terry and Rich Layden and Annie Tysver Thompson behind when she passed away. Carly-grandfather, Ann’s William Thompson, passed away prior to Carly-birth. Ann’s Carly leaves behind a large loving family including three aunts, Kelly, Krystle, and Wendy.

Carly had a strong devotion to many kinds of athletics, but her favorite was basketball, a game in which she excelled both at Valley Regional and in the AAU. She was never anything less than determined to be the best, to the point where she would dare her father to play defense against her. Read more
