Brian Jon Peterson Obituary (1957 – 2022): Brian Jon Peterson was a man who had a heart of gold and a smile that could light up a room. On July 10, 2022, exactly one month after his 65th birthday, God called him home to be embraced by all of the angels and saints. At the time, he was enjoying a beautiful Sunday evening at his lake cabin after having spent a beautiful day with friends and time with God on the porch. When God called him home, he was enjoying the company of all the angels and saints. On Monday, July 18, 2022, at 2:00 pm, there will be a memorial service held at McCabe United Methodist Church. After the service, burial will take place at Fairview Cemetery.
At the Elk’s Club, Brian made some of his closest friends, and they quickly became like a second family to him. After the burial, his family would like to extend an invitation to a celebration of his life to be held at the Elk’s Lodge at 4:00 pm. Brian was born in Bismarck, North Dakota on June 10th, 1957. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Mary after attending Bismarck High School and going on to earn his high school diploma. It was the training he received in California to become a certified gemologist that served as the impetus for his flourishing professional life. Full Obituary
Brian Peterson Obituary (1953 – 2022): Dale and Donna (Orange) Peterson welcomed their son Brian Dale Peterson into the world on September 10, 1953, in the town of Tyler, Minnesota. At the United Methodist Church in Ruthton, Minnesota, he received both his baptism on November 15, 1953, as well as his confirmation on April 7, 1968. On May 24, 1971, he received his high school diploma from Ruthton High School, and on July 27, 1971, he enlisted in the United States Air Force. On May 14, 1975, he was awarded the Air Force Commendation Medal, and on May 30, 1975, he was discharged from the service with honor. Full Obituary
