Brandon deWilde Obituary, Colorado, USA: Actor. In Brooklyn, New York, he was born to his parents Frederick, a Broadway stage manager, and Eugenia, a stage actress. He made his debut on Broadway in 1950 in the production of ‘The Member of the Wedding.’ He was the first child actor to win the prestigious Donaldson Award for his performance, which he received after remaining with the show for more than a year and winning it. He later reprised his performance in the film adaptation of the play, which was released in 1952. In 1953, he was chosen to play the role of Joey in the iconic western film Shane. His unforgettable performance resulted in him being nominated for an Academy Award. During the 1953–1954 television season, he was the main character in his own television series called “Jamie.” After that, he made a successful transition to teenaged roles, appearing in “Blue Denim” in 1959, “All Fall Down” in 1961, “Hud” in 1963, and “In Harm’s Way” opposite John Wayne in 1965. All of these films were released in the 1960s. DeWilde attempted to launch a career in music with the assistance of his friend Gram Parsons, and he invited Parsons and his band to participate in a recording session with him as the backing band. Her birthday is June 18th, 1934, and she was born in Akron, Ohio. She received her high school diploma from Manchester in the year 1952. In 1968, Dalene became the first woman to ever drive a bus for Manchester Schools, and she continued in that role for the next 11 years. She has fifty years of experience as a piano teacher. Throughout her time at Manchester High School, she also played the piano for a number of the school’s performances. During her 71 years as a member of Manchester Christian Church, where she also served as choir director, pianist, and organist, Dalene developed a deep love for the church family there.
