Survivors include his wife, Anita Collins of the home; one son, Bradley Garrett Collins of Guymon; one daughter, Chanise Camille Chadick, and husband, Kevin of Copperas Cove, Texas; his granddaughter, Kandrey KayLynn Chadick who was the apple of his eye; his parents: David and Sandra Collins of Goodwell; four brothers: Cye Collins of Guymon, Nathan Collins, and wife, Tonya of Guy, Arkansas, James Collins and wife, Cheslea of Guymon and Patrick Collins and wife, Jessica of Goodwell; and his grandfather, Oscar Deffenbaugh of Guymon. He is also survived by his father-in-law, Don Rapp of Guymon; sister-in-law, Kathleen Rapp, and Reese, both of Guymon; numerous uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
D. Bradley “Brad” Collins, 41 years old and a resident of Guymon, Oklahoma, passed away suddenly at the Memorial Hospital of Texas County on Tuesday afternoon, August 30, 2011. He was born on April 1st, 1970 in the city of Lamar, Colorado. His parents are David Lee Collins and Sandra Kay (Spoon) Collins. In 1979, the Collins family uprooted their lives and relocated to Goodwell from Lamar. Brad received his education in the Goodwell School system, and in 1988, he graduated from Goodwell High School as the school’s Salutatorian. After that, he spent the next three years and a half at Panhandle State University. On January 26, 1991, in the town of Goodwell, Oklahoma, Brad Rapp, and Anita Rapp exchanged their vows and became husband and wife. Read More
