3. Cosimo Carmen DeLeo Jr. Obituary, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania – Death
Cos spent the better part of a decade working for General Motors at the GMAC Fort Worth and Dallas divisions. In 1990, he launched his own photography business after quitting his job at GMAC. In 2016, he called it quits as a photographer. Cos served as the past president of the NRH Chamber of Commerce as well as the Professional Photographer’s Association. In addition, he was an active member of the Cross Roads Church in Fort Worth and a member of the National Rifle Association. The study of the history of all of the World Wars was Cos’s greatest interest. People frequently said that he would have been successful as a history teacher.
Another one of my interests was classic automobiles. Car shows were a family tradition that he enjoyed sharing with his daughter’s husband and grandchildren. Another activity that kept him occupied was the restoration of old or damaged photographs for the benefit of other photographers and his own circle of friends. An essential component of his life was devoting his time to the members of his church family as well as the people he served in the community. His passion was serving others through his career. Cos cherished his feline friends. His one true love, Miss Raynie, never left his side, and for the majority of their time together, they dozed off while lying on his stomach. Full obituary
