On her Heavenly Birthday, we are deeply saddened to inform you all of the passing of our dear angel Aria Lott. Aria was the inspiration for the mission of our foundation and her brilliant creativity and talent were on display through her work as one of the driving forces behind our music and children’s books. Although Aria is no longer with us in body, her spirit will live on and we will keep her memory alive through our foundation’s work. 2.  James Arthur Lott Obituary, of Lynchburg, VA – Death

James Arthur Lott, age 78, of Lynchburg, Virginia, went to be with our Lord and Savior on the 15th of December, 2021, the day he passed away at home. He was the husband of Darlene Myers Lott, who passed away before him. Jim Lott was the son of the late Willard Lott and the late Dorothy Raines Lott. Jim Lott was born on March 8, 1943 in Portsmouth, Virginia. Jim graduated from Cradock High School with the class of 1961. After receiving his diploma, he settled in the Washington, District of Columbia area and began working for the FBI. While he was employed there, he struck up a friendship with Darlene. They tied the knot on May 18th, 1968. After a number of years had passed, they eventually settled down in Chesapeake, Virginia.

He was a previous member of Temple Baptist Church in Chesapeake, Virginia, where he served for many years as the Chairman of the Board of Deacons, the Sunday School Superintendent, the AWANA Commander, and where he also liked singing in the choir. He is no longer associated with the church. Jim served in the United States Marine Corps Reserves for a portion of his 38 years in federal government work, which culminated in his retirement from the Norfolk Naval Shipyard. Lynchburg, Virginia became the new home for Jim and Darlene after they retired and moved there. There, he joined the Heritage Baptist Church and became an active member, where he found great delight in participating in the choir.
