2. Ador C. Beltran Death – Obituary

The 79-year-old resident of West Chicago, Ador C. Beltran. Beloved husband of Edith, who passed away after 35 years of marriage; loving father to Alex (Maia), Carmelyn, and Philip; proud grandfather of Alexis, Madison, Morgan, Brooke, Acey, and Julian. Edith passed away in 2010. In 1971, Ador left the Philippines for the United States in the hopes of realizing the “American dream” and providing a better life for his family. He spent 35 years of his professional life at the University of Illinois at Chicago, where he was a dedicated employee who put in a lot of hard work. After working hard all his life, he went back to school and earned a master’s degree in communications management from Keller Graduate School of Management when he was 60 years old.

Family was the most important thing in his life. He was a devoted and caring husband to Edith for the entire 35 years that they were together. He delighted in spending quality time with his children and had an enormous soft spot for his grandchildren as well as his grand dogs. He was a big fan of golf, the Chicago Bulls, spending time with his extended family in the Philippines, and volunteering at an orphanage. He also liked to watch the Chicago Bulls play. Ador was a kind soul who was known to be loving, generous, and kind to everyone he met. He will be sorely missed by everyone he interacted with. Visitation will be held at the Williams-Kampp Funeral Home in Wheaton on Thursday, May 6, 2021 from 3:00 to 8:00 PM. Read More
