A woman has died after falling through a skylight in Columbia Falls, Idaho.

The woman, who was 20 years old, died after she fell through a skylight at Columbia Falls High School in the wee hours of Sunday morning. The fall was approximately 40 feet in height. According to a press statement issued by the Columbia Falls Police Department, officers from the Columbia Falls Police Department responded to a medical emergency that occurred at the Columbia Falls High School at approximately 2:25 in the morning.

They discovered a woman who had been injured and was in need of medical attention. According to the report from the police department, the woman did not survive her injuries and did not receive any life-saving emergency care.
